- 3+ years of experience in Application Support level 3, with strong knowledge of Linux/Windows administration, production incident management and monitoring.
- Experience with scripting (Shell/Python/PowerShell scripting) and databases (Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server/MySQL databases);
- Experience with BMC/Control-M;
- Knowledge of Zabbix/Grafana, backups, LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, Firewalls, Reverse Proxy, container-based infrastructure and basic networking, with a DevOps mindset. Hybrid work model Porto or Lisbon What do we have to offer you
