Tasks

- Definir, implementar e gerir a estratégia, os processos e os standards de QA em todos os projetos;
- Liderar e orientar a equipa de QA, fornecendo orientação técnica e supervisão;
- Desenvolver, executar e manter scripts de teste automatizados e manuais;
- Configurar e gerir planos de teste, pipelines e relatórios no Azure DevOps;
- Assegurar a rastreabilidade dos requisitos, defeitos e cobertura de testes através do Azure DevOps Boards/Test Plans;
- Estabelecer métricas e KPIs para monitorizar a qualidade do produto e a eficácia dos testes;
- Promover a melhoria contínua das práticas de QA, incluindo testes automatizados, de performance e de segurança;
- Atuar como ponto de escalonamento para todas as questões relacionadas com QA.

Requirements

Sólida experiência como QA Lead / Test Manager;

Proficiência avançada em Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans);

Experiência prática com frameworks de testes automatizados (ex.: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, SpecFlow). Preferencialmente Playwright;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de teste de APIs (ex.: Postman, RestAssured);

Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD e integração de testes automatizados;

Conhecimento de metodologias de testes de software (funcionais, de regressão, performance, UAT);

Forte compreensão de ambientes de entrega Agile/Scrum;

Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, liderança e gestão de stakeholders.
