Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technician to join the team of our client – a reference company in the Food and Beverages sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

1. Assure the Salesforce corrective and evolutive maintenance, including the Aforza App;
2. Assure the continuous development and implementation of the new modules in the platform;
3. Plan and assure the implementation of tools towards the continuous improvement of the Salesforce department, supervising and managing the external partners network;
4. Participate in treatment activities and technical studies towards the development of Salesforce solutions, as well as assure the information and documents logs and keep them updated.

What is required from you?

1. Degree in Computer Science or other similar area;
2. Previous experience in a similar role;
3. Experience in Salesforce, API, Low-Code, RPA and Microsoft Power Apps;
4. Experience with Analytics and Information Systems management;
5. Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;
6. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
