Descrição

Enquanto Category Manager - Alimentar terá como principais responsabilidades:

- Construir e manter relações estratégicas com fornecedores, assegurando condições comerciais vantajosas e alinhamento com objetivos financeiros;

- Negociar com base em preparação e método, envolvendo a gestão sénior em negociações críticas;

- Identificar e avaliar novos fornecedores e produtos, promovendo inovação e reforçando a competitividade da categoria;

- Extrair insights de clientes, equipa comercial, fornecedores e estudos de mercado para definir estratégias;

- Colaborar com Marketing, Vendas e Logística para garantir lançamentos eficazes e visibilidade promocional;

- Desenvolver estratégias proativas de gestão de stock, alinhadas com previsões de procura e sazonalidade;

- Apoiar a equipa de planeamento na otimização de inventário e automatização de processos;

- Utilizar dados para identificar tendências, melhorar visibilidade de produtos e criar soluções que aumentem vendas;

- Definir estratégias de preços e margens, assegurando competitividade e rentabilidade;

- Monitorizar desempenho dos fornecedores e garantir cumprimento de padrões de qualidade e regulamentos;

- Liderar processos de documentação e conformidade legal em parceria com a equipa de Qualidade;

- Comunicar com stakeholders internos, desafiando a equipa comercial a definir necessidades e compromissos claros.

Perfil ideal

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou área similar;

- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções semelhantes, idealmente em empresas de distribuição alimentar;

- Forte atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos com prazos exigentes;

- Excelentes competências de comunicação;

- Domínio da língua inglesa;

- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e colaborativa num ambiente dinâmico;

- Capacidade de influência e forte apetência para o relacionamento interpessoal;

- Disponibilidade para trabalhar num regime 4:1.
