Your mission

- Design, develop, and deploy serverless/containerised AI applications using Python and cloud-native services
- Build AI Agents that work seamlessly with existing production systems
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organisation to integrate the different systems
- Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues including timeouts and connectivity problems

What we are looking for

- Strong grasp of software engineering principles and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure
- Proficiency in FastAPI for building RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices
- Basic understanding of LLM/MLOps and monitoring AI systems
- Demonstrated understanding of complex system integrations
- Experience working in enterprise-level IT environments
- Experience on AWS ecosystem (Lambdas, Gateway, Fargate, etc.)
- Experience working with Snowflake, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce
- Experience working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience analyzing latency, improving scalability, checking timeouts, etc. (network infrastructure)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques
- Understanding of A2A and MPC protocol
- Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems
- Awareness of RPA tools like UI Path, Power Automate
