Location:
Remote in Portugal Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Required Profile: Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+) Experience in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication and persuasion skills Ability to work independently Opportunity to work from the comfort of your home (regional restrictions apply) Join a vibrant, international team in the travel and tourism industry Career development and growth in a well-established global client environment
