Job overview
The Linux Administrator role focuses on IT infrastructure and production operations management within a global context. The responsibilities include coordinating IT infrastructure projects, contributing to functional specifications, and ensuring production resources and obsolescence management are addressed.
Responsibilities
- Organization and steering of IT Infrastructure & IT Services projects between IT teams from worldwide subsidiaries and central IT teams
- Participate in functional specifications
- Prepare the obsolescence committee, the Panoramas
- Ensure provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating deployment of solutions
- Provide updates on obsolescence: OS & MW
- Present version roadmaps, anticipate future obsolescence
- Collect and update action plans and ETAs to address obsolescence
