- DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect

Mission: We are looking for an experienced professional in the BSS/CRM area, specifically in salesforce platform. The candidate will be a key element on our salesforce CRM offer, responsible to build our internal knowledge and delivery capacity on salesforce solutions, namely communications cloud. Be our main architect on both pre-sales activities, and salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:

- Carryout pre-sales processes.
- Support/coordinate poCs and demos (internally and with customers).
- Create training materials.
- Carryout training sessions.
- Create internal documentation (best practices, handbooks, etc.).
- People recruitment.
- Lead salesforce architect on delivery projects.

Requirements:

- TELCO industry experience.
- Pre-sales experience.
- CRM solutions delivery.
- Salesforce sales & service.
- Salesforce communications cloud (including EPC/CPQ and order management).
- Salesforce Certified.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients.
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included.
- Willingness to collaborate with other players
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Level of english.
