Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Dynamics 365 HR solutions for a variety of clients, helping to optimise supply chain processes. This role is ideal for a consultant with experience in ERP implementations who is eager to specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support D365 HR implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Provide functional expertise in HR.
- Train end users and support system adoption across client organisations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other business applications.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR developments and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Strong experience in ERP consultancy, with expertise in HR
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR is highly desirable, but cross-training will be provided for strong ERP consultants.
- Ability to lead client workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and consultative approach.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Portuguese citizenship required.
