Salesforce Commerce Consultant (GenAI Focus) Location: Lisbon, hybrid Type: Full-time, long-term Languages: Portuguese and English (mandatory) We are expanding our Salesforce Practice and are looking for talented professionals at different seniority levels to join our growing team. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SFCC developers, administrators, and business analysts. - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven team culture aligned with company objectives. - Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes. Platform Strategy & Implementation - Architect, design, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions for e-commerce, customer self-service portals, and digital engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Operations) to define and execute the digital commerce roadmap. - Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the SFCC platform. - Contribute to the integration of GenAI capabilities (e.g. AI-driven product recommendations, conversational commerce, personalization, and intelligent search). Solution Development & Customization - Lead the development of custom SFCC solutions, including storefronts, payment integrations, and customer account management. - Drive integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing platforms). - Promote best practices in SFCC development (Demandware Script, ISML, APIs). - Collaborate on GenAI use cases, such as AI-powered assistants, dynamic content generation, and customer journey optimization. Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical and AI-enabled solutions. - Present solution designs, roadmaps, and delivery progress to senior stakeholders. - Serve as the main point of contact for SFCC and GenAI-related initiatives. Performance Optimization, Analytics & AI Insights - Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and user experience. - Use Salesforce analytics and AI-driven insights to understand customer behavior and sales trends. - Implement A/B testing, personalization strategies, and AI-based optimization techniques. Compliance & Security - Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR). - Work with cybersecurity teams to safeguard customer data and transactions, including AI-related data governance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred). - 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. - Proven experience leading teams delivering SFCC solutions. - Strong knowledge of SFCC architecture (Demandware Script, ISML, OCAPI, integrations). - Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer experience optimization. - Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce CRM, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/Billing systems). - Exposure to AI, GenAI, Einstein, or AI-driven personalization is highly valued. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications are a strong plus. - Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, telecom, etc.) is advantageous.
