Supply Chain Application Support Analyst

Full-time

Responsibilities

- Documentation of all logistical information flows

- Analyzing and correcting data in the databases of the referenced applications

- Supporting the technical team in implementing corrective measures on the referenced applications

- Preparing and carrying out functional, integration and acceptance test books for the implemented solution

- Technical‑functional analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical‑functional specifications and adaptation of requirements for existing applications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Informatics or similar field

- 3 years' professional experience in companies with a large volume of data

- Solid experience in software projects / maintenance / support in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport area (SAP, Primavera, MS Dynamics, etc)

- Solid experience in redesigning and continuously improving Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport processes

- Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive attitude and constant search for continuous improvement of IT processes

- Availability to work at Auchan's head office in Paço d'Arcos or/and Azambuja
