Cross Border Talens is looking for C2+ Dutch speakers to join our client's team as Operations Customer Expertt to support customers across the Dutch market. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic customer service department, ensuring an excellent service experience and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working with digital tools, and operating in an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Customer Expert, your tasks will include (but are not limited to):

Customer Support & Communication:

- Acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and online forms.

- Handle back-office tasks that may require outbound customer contact.

- Make outbound calls to promote products, ensure customer success, gather feedback, or support strategic initiatives.

Operational & Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate customer records using the internal CRM system.

- Deliver consistently on objectives, KPIs, and deadlines set by management.

- Provide updates on your daily activities and flag issues or bottlenecks when needed.

- Escalate more complex cases to specialized internal teams.

- Share suggestions that help improve internal processes and customer experience.

Please note that tasks may evolve depending on operational needs.

Training Program

Intensive training is provided to ensure your success in the role.

Training Details

- Duration: 10 working days

- Schedule: 8 hours per day

Content includes:

- Integration into the team

- Tools and software training

- In-depth knowledge of the client's product and services

- Customer communication and service techniques (phone, email, chat)

- On-the-job practice with guided coaching

Working Hours

- 40 hours per week

- Rotational schedule: Monday to Sunday

- Shifts between 07:00 and 17:00

- 1-hour lunch break

- Portuguese public holidays apply (working on a holiday grants a compensatory day off).

Work Location

This role is based in a modern corporate office in Lisbon, near major public transportation routes (metro, train, and bus).

Profile Requirements

- Fluent Dutch speaker (C2 and higher), in speaking and writing

- Good command of English (for internal communication)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Motivated, positive, and customer-service oriented

- Comfortable with rotational shifts

- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
