We are looking for aTech Lead / Senior Front-End Developerto join international projects, taking on a technical leadership role in the development of web and mobile applications, with regular communication in French and English. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership infront-end web and mobile development Define and promote best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance Develop modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces Mentor and support junior developers (code reviews, technical guidance) Collaborate closely withUX/UI, back-end, product, and QA teams Participate in technical decisions, estimations, and solution design Communicate effectively with international stakeholders inFrench and English Requirements Solid experience as aSenior Front-End Developer / Tech Lead Strong proficiency inJavaScript / TypeScript Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or ) Experience inweb and mobile development(e.g. React Native) Strong knowledge ofHTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills French level B1 (mandatory)andEnglish level B2 (mandatory) Nice to Have Experience withmicro-frontend architectures Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines and front-end testing(Jest, Cypress, etc.) Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments Strong sensitivity toUX/UI principles and performance optimization
