Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious Fashion & Luxury Brand in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for fashion and luxury goods and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a representative, you will assist clients in Danish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order processes, and brand information via phone, email, and live chat in Danish Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and care Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to keep up-to-date with the latest product launches and promotions Stay informed about trends in the fashion and luxury industry to better serve our clientele Requirements Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service technologies Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required Benefits Competitive Monthly Salary 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Fully Paid Relocation Package Fully Paid Training Health Insurance And Much More..
