We are looking for PMO (Financial Reporting ) Mission: Financial & Program Management: Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to executive committees. Track, analyze, and forecast project financial metrics and KPIs. Support portfolio financial analysis and budget optimization. Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance presentations. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governance standards. Quality Management & Gate Processes Design, implement, and manage Quality Gates processes across all program projects. Facilitate and conduct quality reviews and gate assessments. Support Project Managers in quality assurance and compliance activities. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes. Governance & Stakeholder Management Support overall program governance framework and compliance requirements. Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations. Coordinate between financial, quality, and project management teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation and process standards. Support change management initiatives across the program. Requirements : PMP or equivalent project management certification. Minimum 3 years experience in PMO (Project Management Officer) or similar role. Strong knowledge of Quality Gate processes. Experience with PMO tools and financial systems. Proven track record in financial reporting. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience with global teams is a plus. Good level of english.
