About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our team in Lisbon, focusing on the Italian market. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply
Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Present and promote products/services effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Training:

  • Comprehensive training program provided, approximately 10 working days (8 hours per day).
  • Training conducted in English.
  • Content includes product knowledge, sales techniques, customer management, and systems training.
  • Successful completion of training is compensated.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts from Monday to Saturday.
  • 22 days of paid holiday per year (proportional vacation entitlement in the first year, up to 20 days).
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses equal to the base salary.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary:
    • With accommodation:
    • Without accommodation: 1,039.00
  • Total Gross Salary:
    • With accommodation: 1,040.66
    • Without accommodation: 1,366.17
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Health insurance from day one.
    • Meal allowance provided via a debit card.
    • Apartment benefit-in-kind for those living in company-rented apartments (for eligible employees).

Accommodation (if applicable):

  • Company-rented apartments available for the first 14 months (fully furnished and equipped).
  • Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) are covered for employees living more than 100km from the workplace.

Trial Period:

  • One-month trial period after signing the contract.

Location & Accessibility:

  • Our headquarters is located in Lisbon, with multiple office buildings.
  • Easily accessible via metro, bus, and train.
