You'll be moderating German-language content to protect platform integrity and user safety. Key Responsibilities: Review flagged user-generated content (videos, images, text) Enforce community guidelines and policies Assess reports and take appropriate moderation actions Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams Achieve productivity and accuracy KPIs Requirements: C2+ level German B2 English Strong ethical sense and analytical skills EU documents or work permit in Portugal Package Details Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary paid 14x per year Performance Bonus: up to EUR 380/month (paid 12 times) Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card Welcome Bonus: EUR 3,000 (valid for candidates joining before 31 July 2025) Relocation Package: For candidates relocating from abroad: Shared company apartment (EUR 280/month, utilities included, up to 12 months) Up to 28 nights in a hotel upon arrival Reimbursement of flight costs (up to EUR 400) after 6 months If relocating from within Portugal-considered on a case by case basis
