You enjoy learning, sharing, and collaborating with others You take ownership of your tasks, always delivering high-quality results You are driven by the desire to make a difference by improving business processes and creating essential compliance documentation You have experience with agile delivery methods and understand how to optimize business processes using data efficiently You'll excel in a high-achieving culture that fosters both personal and professional growth What You'll Do Supporting projects : Deliver impactful changes in processes, data, and systems for the life science industry, focusing on R&D and clinical operations Process optimization : Redesign validation and quality processes to enhance efficiency Stakeholder management : Lead project planning and ensure the delivery of compliance documentation for processes and systems in collaboration with other consultants and client representatives Driving project progress : Oversee quality and ensure timely delivery of required work Your QualificationsA master's degree in business administration, IT, life sciences, or a related field Experiencein GxP system operations within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset , with a passion for making an impact Experience with ITIL, GAMP5, CSV, ISO ***** is an advantage Knowledge of Clinical R&D systems (QMS, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, etc.) is an advantage Certifications in Life Science R&D platforms is seen as an advantage What We Offer At Devote Consulting, we offer a position where you can take ownership, influence key outcomes, and make a meaningful impact in your everyday work.
