We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Professional to join our team in Portugal. If you have a strong background in compliance and are looking to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you *Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary Compliance contact for management, business leaders, and internal stakeholders in Portugal. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the local Compliance framework, aligned with Allianz Group standards. Promote Compliance awareness and culture through guidance and targeted training initiatives. Provide Compliance advice on escalated matters, including incidents, alerts, new business activities, and regulatory notifications. Ensure effective Compliance controls, monitoring, and follow-up of corrective actions. Represent Compliance in local governance forums and decision-making committees. Coordinate interactions with regulators and supervisory authorities, including official communications. Collaborate with Allianz Group Compliance and other key functions on policies, projects, and initiatives. Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT is a plus Key requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in law, economics, administrative sciences, social sciences, or international relations. Minimum 5-6 years of experience, preferably in Compliance. Demonstrated in-depth expertise in key Compliance domains, including anti-corruption, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions. Superior problem-solving skills and excellent oral/written communication abilities. Advanced level of written and verbal English skills; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently as well as collaboratively.
