Job Overview We are thrilled to present an exclusive opportunity for a Czech Speaking Partner Support Agent For Booking.com position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to Booking.com partners across the Czech market, ensuring exceptional service standards
Act as a primary point of contact for tourism industry partners, managing inquiries regarding property listings and platform tools
Maintain and improve partner relationships to optimize the travel and tourism experience for end-users
Resolve complex issues regarding bookings, availability, and content management with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve operational efficiency within the travel sector
Represent the Booking.com brand by upholding its values of customer-centricity and service excellence
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to provide constructive feedback and strategic recommendations
Requirements
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
A background or strong interest in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industries
Excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting professional relationships
Availability to relocate and embrace one of the most exciting Czech-speaking jobs in Greece
