Moderating and validating various types of content, such as text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with client policies; Identifying and escalating any potential application errors for prompt resolution; Participating in testing, launching, and implementing new products or working tools; Providing suggestions to improve policies and procedures; Preparing and sending daily activity reports; Requirements:
Proficient French (C1) and English (B2) language skills (written and spoken); No previous experience needed; Excellent attention to detail and a helpful attitude; Passion for social media; Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset; Availability to work 24/7, withrotationin3-shifts; Based in Lisbon, Portugal; Competitive salary package in 14 payments yearly;
