The OpportunityResponsibilitiesAs aSenior Actuarial Analyst, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as asubject matter expert on pensions. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work. Your main functions will be: Provide actuarial and data services to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team. Act as an expert in technical actuarial matters related to pensions. Analyze and produce reports based on client needs and business requirements. Process and validate data with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Manage projects effectively, planning and prioritizing tasks. Track progress on daily, weekly, and monthly project deliverables. Identify risks and issues, escalating them when necessary. Build strong relationships with consulting office teams. Support team members, mentoring junior colleagues and assisting senior stakeholders. Stay up to date with regulatory and industry developments. QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking ahighly motivated actuarial professionalwho thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your Profile FIA qualified or making strong exam progress Proven experience in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy. Deep knowledge of Pensions, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and how they impact clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
