Your day-to-day life and responsibilities: Integrate and actively participate in technological challenges with a focus on projects involving the improvement of operations through the ServiceNow Platform; Autonomously plan, execute and/or coordinate your activities, or those of more junior members, to produce the various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream, using an Agile approach; Manage daily interactions with the client responsibly and in accordance with their sphere of activity; Translating business requirements into development requirements for high quality technical and scalable solutions, following best practices; Contributing to knowledge sharing and training for more junior members of the team; Contributing to ServiceNow Center of Excellence knowledge communities; Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation; Intervening in technical support and interacting with teams for national and/or international clients. Are you the person we're looking for? Higher education (Bachelor's, Master's or Integrated Master's) in the areas of Informatics, Electrical and Computer Science or similar experience in the area of Information Systems; Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS; Experience in standards for integration with other systems (e.g. JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP); Experience and mastery of project management using Agile and Scrum methodology; Autonomy, problem-solving skills and critical thinking; Communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking and teamwork; Knowledge of spoken and written English (compulsory); More than 5 (five) years' experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects; Experience in managing, designing, implementing and rolling out ServiceNow (4 or more different full-projects); Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred); Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferred); Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred); Organization, planning and project quality orientation; Customer and results-oriented.
