If you are looking for a great team with a high technical level, where proactivity and the desire to do different things are valued,VASS IS YOUR PLACE :We are a global digital transformation company with a team of 4,900 global players in 26 countries in Europe, America and Asia who work together to put organizations at the forefront of innovation by bringing together talent, knowledge and technology.Our approach is based on conscious technology, through which we create positive environments and meaningful opportunities, always in our own way, making the complex simple.Associate (0–3 years)Tasks:- Assist in building and maintaining data models and schemas- Support data integration and ETL processes- Conduct basic data analysis and reporting- Collaborate with data teams to implement requirementsRequirements:- Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud platform- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and ETL tools- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence- Good English proficiency- Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skillsDevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:- Assist with basic deployment tasks using change sets or sandbox refreshesRecommended Certifications:- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud DeveloperMedior (3–7 years)Tasks:- Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes- Manage data quality and integrity- Optimize data pipelines and performance- Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation.Requirements:- Proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud platform- Experience with SQL, Python, ETL tools, and data visualization- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence- Good English proficiency- Problem-solving, mentoring, project managementDevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:- Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using tools like Change Sets, Gearset, or CopadoRecommended Certifications:- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Developer- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Advanced Developer (optional)Senior (7+ years)Tasks:- Architect scalable data solutions aligned with business goals- Lead integrations with external systems (e.G., CRM, CDP)- Define best practices and governance for data management- Drive innovation and platform adoption across teams.Requirements:- Expert in Salesforce Data Cloud platform and data architecture- Proficient with SQL, Python, ETL tools, and data visualization- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence- Good English proficiency- Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder managementDevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:- Oversee CI/CD processes and ensure secure, compliant deploymentsRecommended Certifications:- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Advanced Developer- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (optional for strategic roles)If you want to join a dynamic company where technological challenges will be found in your day to day, we are waiting for you in the great VASS team.We want you to be the best version of yourself: Transformative, Creative, Honest, Vibrant.VASS is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
