About The RoleWe are looking for anIntegration Tech Leadexperienced with the design and development of non-standard requests (e.g., customized IoT solutions, telecom platforms or partner networks). This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical design and development, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and engineering roadmaps. As a part of your job, you will: Design low-level integration solutions (LLD). Integrate and technically lead the development/integration engineering team. Correct issues during delivery activities (hands-on). Ensure the successful delivery and quality of integration solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams. What are we looking for? Proficiency with APIs, microservice architectures, and middleware (ESB, Kafka). Solid background in IT solutions for the Telecommunications sector (in particular, for enterprise customers). Proven experience leading technical teams. Degree in a technical field (master's degree preferred). Experience or certification in Agile methodologies. Nice to Have Ability to design and deliver tailor-made integration solutions. Knowledge of system interoperability in telecoms and network protocols: Order Management, IPv4 / IPv6, Packet & Circuit switched networks, MPLS, VOLTE, 5G, LTE, HSS, Routing (BGP), VPN, NNI. Personal traits Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; Teamwork skills, but also a sense of autonomy; Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; Willingness to collaborate with other players; Strong communication skills.
