O n/ Cliente Empresa de referência no mercado da engenharia, automação e robótica industrial, sediada em Aveiro, com diversas áreas de negócio pretende recrutar um Engenheiro/a team leader com as seguintes responsabilidades: Coordenar e orientar a equipa de R&D, composta por engenheiros de hardware, firmware, software e UI/UX, garantindo a validação técnica das soluções desenvolvidas; Gerir projetos de conceção e desenvolvimento de novos produtos eletrónicos com foco em sistemas IoT, sensores wireless e comunicações de baixa potência (LPWAN, RF, etc.); Promover a vigilância tecnológica e a identificação de oportunidades de inovação, assegurando a relevância e competitividade da oferta tecnológica da empresa; Prestar apoio técnico e coordenação transversal com os departamentos Comercial, Produção, Qualidade e Suporte Técnico, promovendo uma atuação integrada da equipa; Estabelecer parcerias com entidades do Sistema Científico e Tecnológico (SCTN/ENESII), universidades e centros de investigação. Perfil pretendido: Formação superior em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, Eletrónica, Telecomunicações ou similar; Competência para liderar equipas técnicas multidisciplinares e capacidade para avaliar e validar soluções de HW, FW, SW e UI/UX; Conhecimentos técnicos nas áreas de eletrónica, comunicação wireless, protocolos IoT, arquitetura de sistemas embebidos e desenvolvimento de produto; Experiência na gestão de projetos de R&D e no desenvolvimento de produtos eletrónicos, preferencialmente na área de sensores ou sistemas embebidos; Perfil analítico, com forte capacidade de planeamento, comunicação e tomada de decisão; Fluência na língua inglesa; Disponibilidade para deslocações nacionais e internacionais.
