Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Porto. The Assistant will support daily restaurant operations by handling customer service, coordinating with team members, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, preparing food, and managing inventory. Additionally, the Assistant will ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, assist in team training, and contribute to ensuring a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally. Organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain efficient operations and meet deadlines. Attention to cleanliness and understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Teamwork and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with team members and foster a positive work environment.

Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to handle a dynamic work environment and address operational challenges. Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
