Job Description The Client Quality Manager (CQM) is primarily responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality system and training for assigned client projects, ensuring compliance with global regulations, PrimeVigilance standards and client requirements. This role drives quality excellence and acts as a trusted adviser within the project. Core Responsibilities - Oversight of all project‐related quality activities. - Drive quality improvement and provide quality advice to the project. - Client management, including direct oversight of client‐quality related activities. - Develop and maintain a project‐specific Quality Management Plan. - Serve as the main point of contact for audit‐related activities and participate in Deviation and CAPA management. - Ensure relevant quality KPIs are established and monitored. - Provide quality content and analysis for project monthly reports. - Collaborate closely with Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Audit Management teams to ensure adherence to company and client QMS. - Support and train junior team members; potential line‐management responsibilities. Qualifications - Life Sciences degree. - Strong pharmacovigilance experience, including quality and compliance work within a GxP environment. - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication. - Leadership qualities (line‐management experience desirable). - Good IT skills.
