People powered. Technology enabled. About the Role We're expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers. The Digital Asset Manager will work on a strategic project within the retail sector, as part of a Digital Operations team integrated into the Technology and Digital Data challenge. This role operates transversally with Digital and Business stakeholders in an international retail environment. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and stakeholder-oriented professional with strong experience in managing digital assets throughout their full lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency and value of digital assets under management; Perform market and trend analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization; Actively manage the digital asset portfolio, overseeing lifecycles and planning and executing roll-outs in a timely manner; Monitor and analyse the performance of digital assets, identifying risks and improvement opportunities; Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and support the implementation of the best digital solutions; Participate in due diligence and selection processes for digital assets to be included in the portfolio/catalogue; Maintain an up-to-date digital asset catalogue, including commercially referenced and negotiated assets; Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding asset performance and status; Act as the reference point for the digital asset domain within the organisation, ensuring alignment with international counterparts; Stay up to date with regulations, market practices, and industry trends related to digital asset management. Requirements Previous experience in digital asset management or in related roles; Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyse complex data; Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous experience with ITSM tools; Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams; Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-evolving work environment; Relevant academic background in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred); Proficiency in a foreign language, namely English or French (spoken and written); Availability to work on-site 3 days per week in the Lisbon area.
