About Your Team
You will join a dynamic team of 10 dedicated professionals focused on delivering exceptional customer support. Our primary objective is to enhance client satisfaction through efficient and effective service. Although most of us work remotely, we prioritize collaboration and maintain constant communication through daily meetings and Slack.

We work with some of the best retailers and distinguish ourselves by creating a technology that welcomes all buyers, using all forms of payment with real-time baskets.

How Can You Help?

  • Improve the quality of customer support and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine procedures and internal processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the team's operations and workflows.
  • Assist in the development of our solutions by working closely with other Sensei teams.

Daily at Sensei, You Will:

  • Ensure all quality standards are met in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve back-office tools.
  • Communicate new features and enhancements clearly to optimize these tools.
  • Gain a deep understanding of task mechanics, enabling autonomous decision-making in complex cases.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards and performance metrics.
  • Engage with the team to continuously improve service delivery.

You Will Bring to the Table:

  • A proactive mindset and adaptability to change.
  • Strong sense of responsibility during your shifts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
