Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker

DescriptionWTW is expanding its Facultative Reinsurance operations in Europe and is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our growing team. This role is a key part of our reinsurance strategy and offers the opportunity to lead facultative placements, drive business development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions. You will be responsible for assessing complex risks, structuring facultative reinsurance solutions, and negotiating favorable terms with reinsurers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and global organization, with significant exposure to local and international markets. QualificationsThe Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Proven experience in facultative reinsurance, ideally in a broker or underwriting capacity. Deep understanding of reinsurance and insurance principles, including risk evaluation and pricing. Strong commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to handle complex client needs. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. A good knowledge of French is considered an advantage. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Proficiency with MS Office tools and reinsurance administration systems is a plus.
