You’ll work closely with data science teams, deploy solutions in a Databricks environment, operate within DevOps practices, and support our expansion into AzureML for GenAI use cases. This role spans the full development lifecycle and focuses on building sustainable, high‑quality, production‑ready solutions.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience as a technical data specialist (ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist)
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- An entrepreneurial, analytical, and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving
Core technical skills
- Solid experience with Azure, Databricks, Python/PySpark, Git, and CI/CD (ideally Azure DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as scikit‑learn, pandas, mlflow
- Proficiency in SQL or PySpark
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning
- Background in building data pipelines using Airflow or Databricks Pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
