We're Hiring: Administrator / Senior Waiter(Waitress) Family-Style Restaurant — Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Service We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and well-organized Administrator / Senior Waiter(Waitress) to join our warm and welcoming family-style restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service to guests while also taking a leadership role during shifts and supporting the team. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service Handle payments and bills efficiently Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, set, and well-organized Maintain a high level of service throughout the shift Administrative & Supervisory Duties: Coordinate and supervise the waitstaff during shifts Manage opening and closing procedures Resolve guest issues and handle special situations professionally Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams Support and train new staff members Ensure service standards and team discipline are maintained Assist with workload distribution during peak hours Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress (experience as a senior waiter or administrator is a strong advantage) Strong communication and customer service skills English level B1 (required) Portuguese level A2 (basic conversational level required) Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy service hours Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Leadership skills and readiness to take responsibility What We Offer: Friendly and respectful working environment Opportunity to grow with a young and developing restaurant concept Staff meals included during shifts Stable schedule Full-time or part-time employment Want to join our team?
