You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in growing Bio Immuni X's digital presence, reaching the right audience, and driving measurable growth.This is not a "Head of Marketing" role. We are looking for someone who can do the work, test fast, and optimize continuously.Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content Strategy- Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, and short-form video platforms- Create content ideas, hooks, storylines, captions, and campaign themes- Translate science-based wellness concepts into engaging, premium social content- Coordinate with creators, freelancers, or internal teams to produce reels and posts- Build a consistent brand voice aligned with men's wellness and performancePaid Advertising & Growth- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns- Test audiences, creatives, messaging angles, and formats- Monitor key metrics such as CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insightsAudience & Brand Growth- Identify and refine Bio Immuni X's ideal customer profiles- Align organic content with paid acquisition strategy- Support product launches and growth campaigns- Continuously experiment and improve reach, engagement, and conversionsWhat We're Looking For Must-Have- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing- Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling- Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)- Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision making- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independentlyNice-to-Have- Tik Tok ads experience- Experience in wellness, supplements, fitness, or lifestyle brands- UGC or influencer collaboration experience- Familiarity with EU DTC or e-commerce brandsWhat This Role Is NOT- Not a "Head of Marketing" or C-level role- Not an agency-management position- Not a purely strategic or theoretical roleThis is a build, test, learn, and scale role.What We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience- Performance-based growth opportunities- Direct collaboration with founders- Opportunity to grow into a senior marketing leadership role as the company scales- Flexible working environment (location to be discussed)Location:Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid/Remote options available for the right candidate).How to ApplyPlease apply with:- Your CV- A short note explaining:- Brands or accounts you've worked on- Social platforms and ad platforms you have hands-on experience with- One example of a campaign or content strategy you're proud ofTipo de oferta: Período IntegralBenefícios:- Seguro de vida- Seguro saúdeIdioma:
