Company Description At AUTODOC, mobile is not just a platform - it’s a critical channel connecting millions of car owners across Europe with the parts, advice, and services they need. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the AUTODOC i OS and Android apps. This is a strategic leadership role focused on shaping mobile-first product experiences, growing adoption, boosting in-app conversion, and increasing mobile retention. You’ll manage the App PM team and work closely with mobile engineering, UX, CRM, and marketing to deliver best-in-class user experiences across the entire customer journey — from onboarding to loyalty. You will also drive AI innovation , leveraging personalisation, behavioral predictions, and tailored notifications to grow long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Domain Ownership Define and own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the AUTODOC mobile apps. Lead the evolution of the app as a first-class product: fast, reliable, personalised, and valuable to every car owner. Align mobile product strategy with company-wide goals, from acquisition to retention and customer LTV. Ensure platform consistency across i OS and Android, while optimising for platform-specific strengths (e.g. widgets, push strategies, deep links).
