Art Director – Global BrandA leading global fashion house is seeking experienced Art Directors to join its freelance talent pool, leading the creative execution of digital content at a global scale.This role is ideal for a highly autonomous, hands-on Art Director with strong experience working across major global brands.You’ll lead photography-led projects from concept through to final delivery, collaborating across a complex stakeholder landscape. While providing creative leadership, you’ll remain execution-focused and comfortable designing and laying out work yourself when required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the art direction of global digital content from concept through production and final deliveryOwn projects end-to-end, independently managing creative quality, timelines, and stakeholder relationshipsArt-director photography shoots, including briefing, on-set direction, and post-production guidancePartner closely with photographers, demonstrating strong judgement in talent selectionCollaborate with brand, content, production, design, and local market teamsTranslate creative direction into clear, scalable outputs, including toolkits for local market activationRequired Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience as an Art Director working on global brandsExperience across both agency and in-house environmentsBackground in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands is desirableProven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and stakeholdersStrong understanding of brand systems and execution within established visual identitiesExtensive experience art directing photography from planning through final deliveryComfortable balancing creative leadership with hands-on executionStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
