Job Description Design, develop, and implement efficient and robust backend services using Golang Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support various banking applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate microservices architecture Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability Implement and maintain distributed systems to handle high-volume transactions Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Golang and related technologies Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards in all development work Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in Backend development, preferably with Golang Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git Expertise in both SQL and NoSQL database management Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with containerization technologies, especially Docker Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices Understanding of banking systems and financial regulations Strong background in security practices for financial software development Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Detail-oriented approach with a focus on code quality and efficiency Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in English Additional Information Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
