We are currently looking for Tech Lead .NET&React , S&HRequirements: Key Responsibilities:Lead a full-stack development team (.NET and React)Define and enforce best practices in architecture and coding standards (Clean Architecture, Clean Code)Design and develop scalable microservices-based solutionsOversee integration between backend and frontend componentsSupport testing strategy and continuous integration setupMentor developers and foster technical growth within the teamCollaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to align requirementsRequired Technical Skills:Minimum 8 years of experience with .NET CoreMinimum 4 years of experience with ReactJSStrong experience in RESTful WebAPI developmentProficiency with ORMs (Entity Framework Core or Dapper)Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka)Solid understanding of microservices architectureExperience with relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL)Experience developing Web SPAs using ReactFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit)Proficient in Git and Gitflow workflowMandatory experience with Clean Code / Clean ArchitectureNice-to-Have Skills:Experience with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)Knowledge of Ágora Design SystemExperience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesIdeal Profile:Strong technical leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication with cross-functional teamsProactive problem-solving mindsetFocus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions Location: Lisbon, hybridWhat do we offer?
