We are looking for - Finance Trainee - USA (m/f/d) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance Assistant Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our accounting and finance staff for the 4 companies of Pestana Hotel Group in USA (2 hotels in NYC, 1 in Miami and 1 Shared ServicesCompany). The ideal candidate would have a previous hands-on finance experience or formal finance education, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a passion for hospitality. The candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines and be able to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Classify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoices in a timely manner; • Ensure that all invoices for purchased services and products are posted in the correct month; • Work closely with vendors/suppliers and internal departments to resolve
