Job Description We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of OutSystems initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong stakeholder engagement, and clear alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires a blend of delivery management, business analysis, agile practices, and structured communication, working closely with Tech Leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects run smoothly from vision to rollout. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, people-oriented, and capable of navigating both business and technical discussions with confidence. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of OutSystems initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and expected outcomes. Apply and adapt the OutSystems agile methodology, ensuring teams follow best practices and delivery processes. Manage project planning, governance, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Control project finances, including revenue tracking, margin forecasting, invoicing readiness, and early identification of deviations. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, decisions are influenced through results, and communication remains clear and structured. Conduct requirements elicitation sessions using appropriate techniques according to context (interviews, observation, surveys, workshops, etc.). Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation: user stories, functional descriptions, scope definitions, and process models. Validate high-level solution designs to ensure they cover functional and non-functional requirements. Apply Design Thinking methods to frame the initiative vision, define personas, align expectations, and validate concepts with user feedback. Collaborate with Tech Leads by facilitating communication, ensuring teams understand priorities, and helping unblock delivery challenges. Support quality assurance activities, including UAT planning, script definition, coordination of UAT cycles, and execution of usability tests. Prepare and deliver presentations, adapt communication styles to different audiences, and manage conflicts constructively. Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere within the team, promoting ownership, motivation, and continuous improvement. Support pre sales activities when required, helping position the right solutions, build SOWs, and contribute to estimations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in software or digital delivery environments. Practical experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban). Strong experience writing and refining user stories. Solid business analysis skills, including elicitation, documentation, and scope management. Good skills in Design Thinking and storytelling Understanding of functional and usability testing (preferred). Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and Tech Leads. Proactive, outcome-driven, and problem-solving mindset. Professional English proficiency (C1), comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders (mandatory). Fluency in French (a plus). Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Developer using OutSystems (valued). Familiarity with OutSystems delivery practices (preferred/valued).
