We're looking for French-speaking professionals to support customer interactions within a project associated with
e-commerce, sports and leisure .
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer questions and requests through back-office channels
Provide clear information and practical solutions
Address complaints and customer objections effectively
Assist with commercial activities where needed
Work with various IT systems and digital applications
The Ideal Candidate
Has a strong command of written and spoken French
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable using computer applications and digital tools
Enjoys helping customers and resolving issues
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and commercial awareness
Previous experience in customer service, customer care, sales, or a call centre is an advantage.
