We're a global, remote-first company helping customers around the world optimize and scale their data operations using open source technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes and Valkey. We're looking for a Campaign Manager to take the lead in driving integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and strengthen engagement across our audience segments. This is a hands-on role for a creative, metrics-focused marketer who thrives on building campaigns that convert and collaborate across teams to make it all happen. What You Will Do Own the Marketing Campaign Calendar:Coordinate, plan, and maintain the global marketing campaign calendar — ensuring alignment across content, product marketing, events, community and sales. Design, Build, and Execute Lead Gen Campaigns:Create and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, web, and ABM) targeting our Tier 1–3 audiences to drive engagement, MQLs, and pipeline growth.
