If you have strong IT skills, are passionate about driving growth and want to be part of an international company, we invite you to apply and join us Tasks Active further development of the company-wide IT service management system based on ITIL Continuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIs Supporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application Training ITSM process and ESM application users Close cooperation with other process owners Independent and innovative work with a high level of quality awareness in an open-minded team Qualifications Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, alternatively a comparable education with experience in service management Good knowledge of ITSM processes Ideally certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies "Hands-on" mentality, as well as a convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a high degree of independence Good knowledge of English Sandra Schiegg Consultant HR Management HO Porto, DACHSER Corporate IT Hub, Portugal Lda., Edificio ICON DOURO At DACHSER, all people are welcome.
