We are looking for an IT Risk Analyst
Location: Lisbon
Level of Experience: Senior (6+ years)
Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
Main Tasks:- Perform IT Risk assessments across IT assets, projects, and production environments.
- Identify, assess, and monitor IT and Cybersecurity risks.
- Apply IT Risk Management frameworks to assess and mitigate risks.
- Track remediation actions and support risk mitigation initiatives.
- Analyze operational risks, incidents, and control assessments.
- Prepare risk reports, indicators, and management dashboards.
- Support internal controls and governance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and risk management requirements.

- ServiceNow GRC or similar tools (plus)
- Banking / Regulated Environments (plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Adaptability and teamwork
- English – Professional (mandatory)
- Portuguese – Professional (plus)
