We are looking for anHR Generalist / Recruiterto support HR and recruitment operations in a fast-pacedBPO environment. Key Responsibilities Manage employee data and personnel records across the full employee lifecycle Process employee movements (promotions, transfers, reassignments) Support onboarding processes and coordination with internal stakeholders Prepare HR reports (headcount, demographics, monitoring reports) Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Requirements Previous experience in a BPO environment is mandatory 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred) Strong English skills Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel is key) Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting Conditions On-site role – Entrecampos (Lisbon) Annual gross salary: €30,000 – €32,000 Meal allowance: €10.20 net per working day Additional benefits By submitting your application, you consent to the processing of your personal data for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
