We support global brands with platforms such as OmniPublish, Brand and Shop, Digital Hub, and Pack Team, empowering clients to manage and scale their visual and editorial content operations across multiple channels and markets. As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our international team and lead the delivery of complex implementation projects with high visibility and impact. Your Mission As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple client implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders — driving project excellence while promoting the adoption of our SaaS platforms. You will work closely with our Head of Projects, Solution Experts, and Customer Success Managers to ensure successful delivery and transition to support. Key Responsibilities Own and lead complex SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live Drive project delivery following internal methodologies and best practices Manage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and communication with precision Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal and client teams Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and formalize specifications Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, risk logs, etc.) Lead weekly status meetings, ensure progress tracking, and manage expectations Escalate blockers and propose mitigation plans proactively Ensure proper transition to Customer Success and Support teams Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks Tools You'll Use Jira, Confluence, TeamGantt, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Exposure to Figma, Miro, or similar tools is a plus Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years) in a tech or SaaS environment Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) is mandatory Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Gantt charts, etc.) Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively Experience in IT, digital platforms, or software implementation is a strong plus Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Nice to Have Background in SaaS platforms, retail tech, or omnichannel content management Experience with change management and client onboarding Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall hybrid approaches What We Offer Work with international clients and a growing portfolio of innovative SaaS platforms Join a collaborative and diverse team across Europe and North America High-impact role with autonomy and space to grow Flexible hybrid working model (based in Portugal)
