M/F Training & Employer Branding Specialist Challenge: Elaborar e implementar o plano de formação transversal. Dinamizar a relação com instituições de ensino, bem como, a operacionalização de estágios financiados, promovendo o desenvolvimento das competências necessárias para o negócio e a aquisição de talento jovem. Dinamizar a comunicação interna. Responsabilities: Elaborar documentos para divulgação interna de acordo com a informação enviada pelas outras áreas de RH; Elaborar eimplementar o plano de formação transversal anual; Organizar as sessões globais de onboarding/visitas centros logísticos para todos os novos colaboradores dos Headquarters; Efetuar e controlar a operacionalização das candidaturas e acompanhamento dos estágios IEFP, assegurando o cumprimento dos timings e procedimentos definidos; Dinamizar e operacionalizar a relação com instituições de ensino target, assegurando a participação em feiras de emprego, eventos, seminários, etc, com vista a reforçar o employer branding Parfois e potenciar a aquisição de jovem talento. Profile: Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos (preferencial); Experiência em funções de Formação, preferencialmente, em empresas de retalho de moda; Conhecimento deferramentas digitais e plataformas de e-learning; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (mandatório); Capacidadede comunicação e forte orientação para pessoas; Capacidadede gestão em ambientes dinâmicos e facilidade de adaptação; Dinamismo,proatividade e responsabilidade.
