Responsibilities: If you are selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for the tasks below: Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of products and services by incoming calls or emails. Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly. Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction Requirements To be selected as a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you need to meet the requirements below: Near-native level of Dutch (written and oral) Advanced level in English (B2). Previous customer experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance. Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player. Benefits Salary: 1050€ gross/month (12 payments) plus paid accomodation and expenses (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services) or 1300€ gross/month (12 payments) without accommodation.
