Location: Lisbon or PortoJob Description:- The AI Governance and Change Analyst will be highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning, governance processes within our organization and change management initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate governance principles.Main tasks and responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.- Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives.- Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.- Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design.Technical Skills:- Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize the activities- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to foster team spiritLanguage Skills:- Fluent English (C1-C2)Soft Skills:
