As a Network Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless connectivity and optimal performance of our datacenters, enabling our clients to thrive in the digital landscape. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain network infrastructure within datacenters. Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Perform regular network maintenance, including upgrades and patch management. Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols. Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Profile: Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization, feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts, technology and products Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies: Network architectures and concepts, SDN, IAAS WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN Routing and switching, TCPIP, OSPF, BPG, etc. Cisco Nexus and Catalyst, HPE, Aruba, Cisco Router Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies: IP networking & routing Citrix Netscaler F5 and A10 Firewalling (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint) VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL) IDS/IPS Authentication & Authorization – WAN optimization Firewall Technical knowledge Palo Alto Checkpoint Fortinet Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
